May 22, 2008 New Philadelphia ship repairer in operationThe Philadelphia Inquirer reports that PennShip Services LLC has now started ship repair operations in the old Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, where it has a 30 year lease on the 984 ft x 114 ft dry dock No. 3.
