July 11, 2008 Stolt-Nielsen says SEC probe doneStolt-Nielsen S.A. (Oslo: SNI) says that it has been informed by the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") that the SEC's formal investigation of Stolt-Nielsen has been completed and that the SEC staff does not intend to recommend any enforcement action be taken. Stolt-Nielsen had previously disclosed the formal order of investigation it received in July 2007 relating to, among other things, Stolt-Nielsen's stock options practices and procedures.
