November 6, 2007 House overrides Bush WRDA vetoThe House voted 361 to 54 today to override the President's veto of the Waterways Resources Development Act which allocates funds for many important waterways development, flood protection and wetlands restoration. The Senate is expected to take up the measure soon and is also expected to override the veto.
