December 16, 2006 Herz now majority shareholder in Germanischer Lloyd
Germanischer Lloyd reports that by the deadline for acceptance of the offer for its shares by Hamburg entrepreneur Guenter Herz, the majority of previous shareholders had accepted. Over 90 percent of the shares have now changed ownership and Herz is the new majority shareholder.
