April 28, 2006 Maritime identification credential notice published
Today's Federal Register contains a U.S. Coast Guard notice on the subject of Maritime Identification Credentials. You can access it here: This notice implements the DHS personnel screening program for port employees and those who get daily access to port facilities that was announced earlier this week by Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff.
