June 3, 2005 Washington State must let Martinac bid on ferry J.M. Martinac Shipbuilding must be allowed to bid on a Washington State Ferries contract for four newbuildings. The contract had been awarded to Todd Shipyards. On Wednesday, though, the Washington State Office of Administrative Hearings issued a ruling that reversed a notice denying Martinac financial prequalification and granted the shipbuilder that prequalification.
