Conrad wins dredge contract

Shipbuilder Conrad Industries, Morgan City, La. has been awarded a $13,059,975 contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

It covers design development, construction and testing of a welded steel, split-hull type, replacement shallow draft dredge for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Wilmington District.
