GAO confirms Bollinger FRC award

The Government Accountability Office has denied protests filed against the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Coast Guard by Marinette Marine Corporation relating to the award of the first Sentinel class FRC cutter to Bollinger Shipyards.
