U.S. Coast Guard Photograph

November 28, 2003

Concorde's last trip Concorde G-BOAD is the fastest Concorde in the British Airways fleet, setting a transatlantic record on February 7, 1996, when it completed the New York to London flight in two hours, 52 minutes and 59 seconds. This U.S. Coast Guard photograph by PA2 Mike Hvozda shows the SST making slightly more stately progress on November 25 as it headed for the Intrepid Sea Air Space Museum, where it is now on display.
