Raj leaves VTH
Anil Raj has resigned as president and chief operating officer of VT Halter Marine. Raj had been COO of Friede Goldman Halter before Singapore Technologies Engineering's subsidiary Vision Technologies Systems bought the FGH shipbuilding division late last year.
