Graykowski joins Kvaerner Philadelphia
Graykowski comes to the shipbuilder from the law firm of Blank Rome LLP (formerly Dyer Ellis & Joseph)where he was a partner. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Graykowski was Acting Administrator and Deputy Administrator of the Maritime Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation. At MarAd, Graykowski was responsible for implementing the National Shipbuilding Initiative (NSI), with particular emphasis on the Title XI loan guarantee program, as well as administering all programs and policies related to the nation's maritime industries. Graykowski has 28 years in government service and in private industry.
